Our Story

Hi, I’m Locke Jiranek and I make pie crusts from Almonds!  I’m a southern girl, born and raised in Pensacola, Florida who attended the University of Alabama. I majored in Hospitality Management, graduated in 2007, and began life after college working as a General Manager for an all fresh, fast casual restaurant concept. I fell in love with a West Coast man, moved out to sunny Southern California, have two beautiful daughters, and love being their mom. I’m an entrepreneur at heart and make each pie crust and pie with lots of love.

Our pie crusts are made with FIVE quality ingredients; Raw almonds, organic coconut oil, flaxseeds, purified water, and organic cinnamon.  This makes our pie crusts not only delicious, but also gluten free, vegan, dairy free, paleo & keto friendly, contain no added sugar, and all natural.  We are proud that pies and quiches are gluten free and contain no artificial colors, flavorings or preservatives as well.
