Our Story

Hi, I’m Locke Jiranek and I make pie crusts from Almonds!  I’m a southern girl, born and raised in Pensacola, Florida who attended the University of Alabama.  I majored in Hospitality Management, graduated in 2007 and began life after college working as a General Manager for Zoës Kitchen. I fell in love with a West Coast man, moved out to sunny Southern California, have two beautiful daughters and love being their mom. I’m an entrepreneur at heart and make each pie crust and nut dust with lots of love.

Our pie crusts and nut dust are made with FIVE quality ingredients; Raw almonds, organic coconut oil, flaxseeds, purified water and organic cinnamon.  We are proud that our products are GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN, DAIRY FREE, PALEO & KETO FRIENDLY, have NO ARTIFICIAL COLORS or FLAVORINGS, NO PRESERVATIVES, and NO ADDED SUGAR.
